President’s
Message
The Rotary Club of Taft has been a
meeting place for community and business leaders since 1924.
Among its members are educators, business leaders,
dentists, doctors, government officials, and members of the
clergy, just to name a few!!
Like the members of Rotary International, Taft
Rotarians are united to provide humanitarian service,
encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help
build goodwill and peace in the world.
Members of the Rotary Club of Taft
spend many hours and dollars to support local projects and
international projects such as the eradication of polio
worldwide, youth scholarships and activities, and Rotarians
reading in classrooms. In addition to these and other
projects, I would like to encourage the best Rotary Club in
District 5240 to commit to “service above self” and
continue to educate our members about Rotary!!!
I am honored to serve as the
President of the Rotary Club of Taft. We will strive
to make this current year another banner year in the rich
tradition of our club. I want to invite all those
interested to visit our club on Wednesday at noon or call me
