Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

This recipe is one my Grandmother used to make for my Dad when he was a kid.

1 package of lemon cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 eggs
3 T. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. Mix cake mix, water, eggs and poppy seeds. Bake and cool according to package directions. Turn cake out onto plate.

Glaze

1 c. powdered sugar
3-4 t. lemon juice

Combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until blended. Drizzle over top of cake. Serves 16.
