Chicken Olivia

This is a fantastic recipe that my Mom always used to make when I was a kid. It can be served over cooked rice or noodles (I prefer noodles).

1 c. sour cream
1 can black, pitted olives, diced
1-4 oz. can green chiles
shredded cheddar cheese
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup

Combine cooked chicken and all other ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350F.
