Quick Chicken Chili Verde

1 T. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground chicken (or turkey)
1 t. ground cumin
1-14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
1-7 oz. can diced green chiles
pinch of salt
lettuce leaves
sour cream
tortillas

Put oil in frying pan. Add onion, chicken and cumin. Stir often over medium-high heat until onion begins to brown (about 8 minutes). Add tomatoes (with liquid) and chiles. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Add salt to taste. Spoon into bowl lined with lettuce leaves and serve with sour cream and warmed tortillas.
