Creamed Spinach

This is a recipe we have every year at Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. My very picky toddler even eats it!

1-10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
2 slices chopped bacon
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 T. flour
1 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. milk

Cook spinach according to package directions. Cook bacon and onion until tender (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and add all other ingredients except milk. Blend thoroughly. Slowly add milk. Return to heat and stir until thickened. Add spinach and mix thoroughly.
