Beef Burgundy

2 lb. stew meat cut into 1" cubes
1 package dry Lipton Onoin Soup
1-8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms or
1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. red wine
1/4 c. catsup
1 can golden mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients together in oven-safe casserole. Cover and bake in 300F oven for 3 hours. Do not lift lid. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
