Crockpot BBQ

1 1/2 lb. boneless chuck steak
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. paprika
2 T. worcestershire
1/2 c. catsup
1 t. mustard
salt and pepper

Cut meat on a diagonal into 1" slices. Put into crockpot. Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat. Mix and cook on low for 5 hours.
