Crockpot Porkchops with Mushrooms

8-10 small pork chops
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. sage
1-12 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. dry onion flakes

Trim fat from chops and sprinkle with salt, pepper and sage. Place in skillet and brown. Place chops in crockpot and pour soup and onion flakes over. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
