Gazpacho
I love this recipe. It's a great in the Summer. My husband won't touch it (he loves tomatoes but freaks out at the idea of cold tomato soup!) - but that just means more for me!
1-46 oz. can tomato juice
1 box of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced thin
1 large bell pepper, diced
2 T. oil
6 T. wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced or
1/2 t. powdered garlic
1 T. Lawry's seasoned salt
tobasco
worcestershire
Combine all ingredients in bowl that has a cover. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 3/4 gallon.
