Sausage BallsSausage Balls
This is another recipe courtesy of my good ole' Mom. These balls are great for company and they are (as is the dip) easily refrigerated and heated up.
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 sm. jar cheese whiz
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
Mix all ingredients well and form into small balls. Bake 10-12 minutes at 450F. Makes about 100. Serve with toothpicks and Mustard Dip.
Mustard Dip
1/2 c. dry mustard
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. beer or water
1/3 c. vinegar
2 beaten eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Serve with Sausage Balls warm.
