Easy Fantasy Fudge
I make this at Christmas time and give it to my neighbors on a holiday plate with other goodies.
3/4 c. butter
1-5 oz. can evaporated milk
3 c. sugar
12 oz. package chocolate chips
1-7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla
Lightly grease a 13x9" or a 9" square pan. Mix butter, sugar and milk in a 2 1/2-3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into pan and cool at room tempurature and then in the refrigerator.
