Baked Salmon with Vegetables

4-6 oz. salmon steaks
juice of half a lemon
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
2 T. minced fresh parsley

Place salmon in shallow greased baking dish. Drizzle lemon juice over fish. Combine cream cheese with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, chives and parsley to cream cheese. Top salmon with vegetable mixture and bake uncovered in a 400F oven 12-15 minutes. Garnish with chives and lemon wedges. Serves 4.
