Linguini and Clam Sauce
linguini
olive oil
minced fresh garlic
fresh or canned clams
oregano and pepper to taste
Boil linguini in water. In large frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic. Add clams and oregano and pepper and saute. Serve sauce over cooked linguini.
