    Hi there, my name is Rick. I am just an honest guy that likes to help people with their computer needs and maybe even wants. I have been working with computers in many different ways for about 23 years now and always try to keep up with the latest technology, so as to better service my customers.

     I will sitdown and talk with you to find out what you want, and especially what you need your computer to do for you. I can help guide you in a way so that even if you do not have the money at the present time to build it all the way to that point, we might be able to get you part of the way to your "Dream Computer," which I will be more then happy to help you complete when you are again financially able to.

I am experienced in all Windows Operating Systems: Win3.1, 95, 98, ME, 2000, and even Windows XP. I also have experience with the Apple Operating Systems: OS 8.6 - OS 10.3.x

I have currently been running Windows XP from about June of 2002 and know many common applications.

My specialty is ?white box? system design. My computer systems are all upgradeable built with quality parts all with warranties.

I also have special pricing for complete backup and recovery of data, sometimes even from damaged hard drives. Need to upgrade or just get everything cleaned off like it was when you purchaced the PC? I can backup everything on your present system, clean & reinstall all software with driver & OS updates included, then I either burn a CD of your backup content or return it to your clean Windows OS (minus any virus file or problem file).

I charge $50 per/hr. for house-calls gladly made with a 1/2-hour minimum charged of $30. We will diagnose the problem and find the most painless cure that won't break the bank. Online help is now available for $27.50 per/hr.through MSN Instant Messenger and it is payable through PayPal.
